Students can order their summer semester course materials starting on May 1. Ordering course materials for the fall semester will be available starting July 1.

GRAD PREP

Graduates can stop by our annual Grad Prep event to pick up your caps and gowns, take photos around campus, ask commencement questions, grab your alumni gift and more. Student regalia (cap, gown, tassel and cords) are provided to you at no cost.

Missed the event or attend a different OTC location? We’ve got you covered! Beginning April 4th you can pick-up your cap and gown from the OTC Bookstore during normal business hours; or, if you attend another OTC campus or center, check with Student Services to place an order for your cap and gown.
